The agriculture sector faced inefficiencies that could be addressed with emerging technologies like AI, ML, and data analytics. In collaboration with an Institute of Technology and Policy, we identified potential projects for government ministries aimed at enhancing productivity through technology. Our approach included developing a comprehensive Statement of Work (SoW) and organizing a 2-day workshop aligned with FY 2022-23 budget schemes. The outcome was a strategic roadmap for leveraging emerging technologies to drive digital transformation in agriculture.
