Empty Container Yards (ECYs) range from two to forty acres in size, all located on private land. While some ECYs are accessible from main roads, many rely on poorly developed village roads for access. These yards lack proper parking facilities for tractor trailers (TTs), leading to congestion on main roads as TTs wait for hours, particularly at night. The yards suffer from disorganized container stacking, making retrieval challenging and increasing logistical costs. Additionally, operations across these yards are inconsistent and lack standardized design.  

Our team streamlined container yard operations by developing a state-of-the-art Empty Container Yard that improved accessibility, optimized container stacking, and implemented standardized operational processes, promoting Ease of Doing Business.
