West Asia war: India’s $334-billion F&B industry simmers on a low flame

Ramakrishnan M, Managing Director, Primus Partners highlighted that standalone F&B outlets are facing a 15–25% revenue decline due to reduced operations, with many running below full capacity. He said that LPG supply issues have driven energy costs up by 30–80%, severely impacting small eateries and dhabas, which are often forced to purchase fuel at significantly higher prices in informal markets.
